The AIDA 3 Freediver Course is the summit of the freediving program. The aim of this course is to work between 24 and 30 meters deep, where the "residual volume" lung is usually a limitation for your dives.

Requirements

• 2:45 minutes STA
• 55 meters DYN
• 24 meters CWT
• Theoretical exam

Course content

• Deep equalization using the "frenzel" technique
• Breath hold
• Training tables for dynamic and static disciplines
• Freefall
• Static apnea
• DYN apnea

Course duration: 4 Days

• 3 theory sessions
• 2 pool sessions
• 5 sea sessions

After the course students will be able to hold their breath for at least 2:45 minutes, swim 55 meters underwater and dive between 24 and 30 meters comfortably.
